Hi, I’m Mrs Delaney. But given we’re about to become best pals, you can call me Candy.
Why best pals? Well, because I am going to dedicate my good deed each day to you. You see, my friend, Nancy, and I were chatting over tea and scones about how you poor people of the Twenty-Tens have it rotten. Everyday you suffer a long working day, harassed by emails, calls and meetings, and then you endure a stressful commute home. To round it off, you spend hours of your life traipsing the aisles of the supermarket looking for a spark of inspiration for the perfect supper for your flat mate, partner or the kids that nip nightly at your ankles. **Huff**
But fear not, my work-weary friend. You see, I have my daily housework, baking and preening down to a fine art – and there are only so many hours you can spend spying on the neighbours. So I will be your virtual 1950’s housewife.
Sign up now and I’ll send you a free daily email with a recipe for your evening supper. The meal recipes will have the following:
- No more than 550 calories
- No more than 10% saturated fat, but typically less than 5%
- A total preparation and cooking time of 30 minutes (Hurrah!)
- Wholesome ingredients, such that by the end of the week, you will have ticked off all nutritional guidelines
- But above all, a sensational taste (Yummy!)
I’ll even send you an email in advance with your shopping list for the week’s Spoonfed Suppers!
Now does that sound good?
