If you've signed up for Spoonfed Suppers and you're not receiving the emails, it's
not your fault. It's the fault of the hysterical legislators who write anti-spam
laws that don't differentiate between legitimate and valuable services like our healthy eating plan and meal planner
and charlatans advertising the likes of gambling and Viagra. Please be aware that
some email providers have very strict anti-Spam policies (especially AOL, Hotmail
and Yahoo! accounts) and that it is very easy for genuine messages to be mistaken
for Spam.
So, occasionally, our emails will get blocked or marked as Junk Mail
and ultimately deleted by your email programme. To ensure the delivery of your Spoonfed
Suppers email (and smooth running of a valuable feature of our healthy eating plan and meal planner), follow the instructions below for adding Spoonfed Suppers to your
safe sender or whitelist. Also included are instructions on how to unblock images
so you can savour the vital ingredients of the Spoonfed Suppers meal planner and healthy eating plan in all its glory.
Text vs. HTML
Most email programmes can handle HTML campaigns and therefore you should be able
to see the images from our healthy eating plan and meal planner. Specifically, you'll be able to read HTML emails if you use Gmail,
Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo! Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora Pro, Netscape
Navigator, Netscape Communicator, Mozilla or AOL 6.0 and up. Eudora Light and earlier
versions of Eudora Pro don't support HTML email; neither does AOL 5.0 or earlier
nor Lotus Notes.
Some email programmes and company systems will block HTML campaigns. However, the
Spoonfed Suppers emails are always designed with a plain text version. So, if you
cannot receive the HTML version, you will always receive a text version (without
the images) so that you can carry enjoying the features of our meal planner and healthy eating plan!

Other Programs/Providers:
If you are subscribed to Spoonfed Suppers, but are not receiving the emails, your
Internet Service Provider (ISP) or company is blocking them, perhaps because they
think Spoonfed Suppers is junk mail.
What you can do to fix this:
- 1. Get in touch with technical support at
your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they are blocking email from Spoonfed
Suppers, ask them to stop. One way they can do this is to place spoonfedsuppers.com
and/or the following IP addresses on an email "safe list":
.
- 2. Some web-based email systems allow you
to set your own safe list. Look for it in the settings section, and add spoonfedsuppers.com.
If you have to enter a complete address, use candy@spoonfedsuppers.com.
Some email systems, such as AOL 8.0, require a sender to be in your address book
to keep the email from being diverted to a junk mail folder. If your system is like
this, add candy@spoonfedsuppers.com to your address book.
- 3. If all else fails, try signing up under
another internet account, or consider changing ISPs to a provider that does not
block your email.
