Disclosure of Personal Information

The Service Provider will not sell, rent, loan, or share personal information that identifies you with third parties without your prior consent except in the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Products, Service, Games, Offers and Surveys

With your consent, we might disclose your personal information to third parties in order to provide you with products and services that you have requested.

With your consent, we might disclose information you provide to us during registration to third parties in conjunction with (i) your entry into a Game, (ii) your request of an offer, or (iii) your participation in a survey or similar activity on the Website. The third parties will use the information we provide to them, along with any information you provide during your entry, request, or participation, in order to (i) notify you if you have won a prize in a Game, and (ii) to fulfil, or facilitate fulfilment of, requests for products or services you may make in connection with your entry, request, or participation. These third parties are contractually obligated to keep all such information confidential and to use it only for the purposes for which it was provided. When we provide information collected during a Game, offer, or survey on the Website to third parties, we always disclose this to you at the time of collection

Own Business Purposes

We use and disclose information about you for our own internal statistical, design, or operational purposes, such as to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and understand demographic, user interest, purchasing and other trends among our users. We might outsource these tasks and grant limited access to information collected on the Website or within the healthy eating plan and meal planner Service to third party contractors, provided the use and disclosure of your personal information by these third parties is restricted to performance of such tasks and in the course of providing products or services to us, for example, hosting and maintenance of the Website and healthy eating plan / meal planner Service, or credit card processors.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity; a credit check is not performed. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is suspected, details will be retained by the Credit Reference Agency and may be passed to fraud preventing agencies.

We might also share personal information with third-party vendors who assist us in performing internal functions necessary to operate our business. This is strictly limited to information which is reasonably required by them to perform their duties. These third parties are at all times required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Whilst we will seek to require such third parties to follow appropriate privacy policies and will not authorise them to use this information except for the express purpose for which it is provided, the Service Provider does not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of third parties.

Protection of the Service Provider and Others

We disclose personal information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this privacy policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users’ rights, property or safety; or to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our Website and/or healthy eating plan and meal planner Service; or if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of personal information without delay.

Business Transfers

We reserve the right to disclose information about our users, including personal information, in the event of a merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale or transfer of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of the business assets of the company.

The Service Provider may in the future share your information with any new businesses that it may develop in the future, either on its own or with others. This Website will be updated should we develop joint ventures or companies going forward.

Your Access Rights

In addition to the Service Provider’s safeguards, your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act. This provides amongst other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should, where necessary, be kept up to date and not retained for longer than is necessary. It should be kept securely to prevent unauthorised access by other people.

You have a right to access the personal data that is held about you and to correct any inaccuracies. To obtain a copy of the personal information the Service Provider holds about you, please write to us at the address listed below under ‘Business Information’.
