Cancellations and Promotions

Cancellation of Subscription

By registering as a member you agree that we will make the members' Service on the Website available to you as soon as reasonably practicable. The provision of this Service means that you will not be entitled to cancel your membership pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, i.e. you will not have the usual cooling-off period. You will not be entitled to a refund for any membership fees already paid.

Either you or we may terminate or cancel your subscription to the Service at any time. You acknowledge that the cancellation or termination of your membership is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us.

You are free to set your account to cancel at any time during your membership. The cancellation option is available in the 'The Directory' section of your personal online account. Alternatively, we will accept requests to cancel via email to unsubscribe@spoonfedsuppers.com providing you supply your membership type (i.e. Sparky or Vital), name and username in the correspondence. Your cancellation or termination will take effect within 5 working days after receipt by us of your cancellation notice but all fees and charges already paid relating to your subscription of the Service are non-refundable because we start to provide services to you as soon as your subscription commences.

Evouchers and Promotions

Evouchers can only be used on the Website subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Evouchers are, and remain at all times, the property of the Service Provider. The right to use an evoucher is personal to the original or named recipient and may not be transferred without permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or published either directly or indirectly. Evouchers distributed or circulated without our prior written approval are not valid and may be refused or cancelled. If you redeem or attempt to redeem an evoucher to which you are not entitled you may be committing an offence.

The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any evoucher or promotion at any time without notice and without reason.

Unless otherwise stated an evoucher may be used only by the named recipient, it may only be used as stated on the evoucher and not in conjunction with any other offer or evoucher. Evouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
