Security

Access to the Website

The Service Provider reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, information, materials and notices on the Website from time to time or to temporarily or permanently discontinue this Website or any part of it from time to time without notice.

Although the Service Provider aims to offer you the best service possible, the Service Provider makes no promise that the Service will be fault free or that the Service will meet your requirements. If a fault occurs in the Service, you should report it to help@spoonfedsuppers.com and we will attempt to correct the faults as soon as we reasonably can.

Whilst the Service Provider endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, the Service Provider will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, for the introduction of new facilities or services, or for reasons beyond the Service Provider’s control. The Service Provider will attempt to restore the Service as soon as it reasonably can.

The Service Provider does not warrant that your use or access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error or virus free nor shall it have any liability for damage caused by hostile software which may affect or infect your computer equipment or property on account of your use or browsing on the Website or your downloading of any material.

Password and Security

If you register and/or set up an account on the Website, you will be asked to create a username and password (“Registration Information”). Each registration is for a single user only. You must keep this Registration Information confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You may not authorise any other person or multiple users on a network to use your Registration Information to gain access to the Website and the Service.

You are solely responsible for all usage or activities that occur on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your Registration Information, with or without authorisation, or who has access to any computer on which your account resides or is accessible.

You may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign your Registration Information to any third party without our written approval. Any attempt to do so will be null and void and shall be considered a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility for the security of any password issued or your Registration Information rests with you only. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure or use of your Registration Information), you must promptly change the affected Registration Information and notify us of the problem immediately by emailing us at help@spoonfedsuppers.com.

If the Service Provider has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your membership.

Excluded Services

The Service does not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access the Website.

To use the Website you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur. Please note, our site is optimised when using Internet Explorer as your browser - we cannot be responsible for the technical limitations / restrictions experienced when using other browser technology.

We also encourage all members to add our email candy@spoonfedsuppers.com to their Inbox Address list, to ensure they receive all communications from us. We will endeavour to send all email communication related with the Service, but cannot be responsible for non delivery of emails, due to email settings on individual member PC's. User Conduct

The Website, Service and other information provided by the Service Provider are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Personal information provided by you to the Website will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Without limitation of the foregoing, you agree to not use the Website or the Service to:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, display, rearrange, redistribute, modify, revise, alter, crop, resize, reverse engineer, move, remove, delete, or change or use in any other way, directly or indirectly, the Website Content (“Website Content”), including without limitation, the organisation, design, compilation, and “look and feel” of the Website and the Service, and advertising thereon. The Website Content is protected by national and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and is the property of the Service Provider or its licensors;
  • Make in any way commercial or other unauthorised use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching, storage, or otherwise, of material obtained through the Website and the Service, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law as expressly permitted in writing by these Terms and Conditions or by the Service Provider;
  • Act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in or enjoy the Website or the Service;
  • Engage in any technically harmful behaviour, which includes but is not limited to: computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data and other malicious software or harmful data.
  • Engage in any activity that is contrary to or which would adversely affect the purpose or intention of the Website or the Service, including but not limited to, actually or attempting to manipulate, corrupt or otherwise affect the outcome of the Service, in whole or part, by, among other methods, subscribing another party without their authorisation, or registering multiple subscriptions under the same or different names;
  • Disseminate any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, indecent, defamatory, seditious, pornographic, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, annoying, inconvenient, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
  • Transmit material containing any form of advertising or promotion for goods, services, junkmail, chain letters or “spam”;
  • Interfere with, attack, hack, overwhelm, modify, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, Website Content or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
  • Attempt to, or gain access to the Service Provider’s servers, (other than by http requests using a Web browser), by any other means – including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Website and the Service or otherwise;
  • Harvest, collect or store information about the users of this Website or use such information for any purpose inconsistent with the purpose of this Website or for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic mail or communications; or
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international law or infringe the rights of any third party in the United Kingdom or any other country in the world. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and you acknowledge that your failure to do so may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

The Service Provider will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing the Service Provider to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In the interest of all our members, the Service Provider reserves the right to revoke your use of your user account, the Service, the Website or any part of it if you do not comply with the user conduct or any other part of these Terms or Conditions.
